Dear Friends and Colleagues,

On behalf of the Local Organizing Committee and the Austrian Society for Allergology and Immunology (ÖGAI) I cordially invite you to participate in the Annual Meeting which will take place in Vienna from December 3-5, 2010.

This year we have invited the members of the national societies of Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia in order to foster scientific and social interactions between our societies. The program of the Meeting will cover basic and clinical immunology, infectious diseases, immune intervention as well as basic and clinical allergology. Outstanding keynote speakers will present their data during plenary sessions. In addition you will be able to meet experts in the field and to discuss with them various hot topics of immunology and allergology in small sunrise sessions. Young scientists will have the opportunity to present and discuss their work in oral and guided poster sessions. Please submit your best abstracts to be selected for oral presentation or poster awards.

The Meeting will take place in the lecture center of the Vienna General Hospital, AKH, which is well equipped to host a successful meeting. Vienna is a multi-faceted city in the heart of Europe offering numerous cultural opportunities. I trust that you will be able to enjoy the beautiful and romantic flair of the city before Christmas and to meet your colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere.
